Malika Flavors respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our community to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Malika Flavors website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Because our platform features recipes, images, and content collected and shared by our community, we take copyright claims very seriously and are committed to resolving them promptly.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to us.

Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including the removal of the challenged content from the website.

To file a valid DMCA Notice, please provide the following information in writing:

  6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
