Malika Flavors respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our community to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Malika Flavors website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Because our platform features recipes, images, and content collected and shared by our community, we take copyright claims very seriously and are committed to resolving them promptly.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to us.

Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including the removal of the challenged content from the website.

To file a valid DMCA Notice, please provide the following information in writing:

1. Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identify the Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works on the site are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
3. 6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Counter-Notice Procedures

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent. The Counter-Notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL/location where the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Malika Flavors has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users or community members who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
